This year the second May bank holiday has been moved to Celebrate the Queen's Jubilee. The nursery will be closed on the following dates: Thursday 2nd June Friday 3rd June The nursery will reopen as normal on Monday 6th of June at 8am

LOOSE PARTS PLAY

We are looking to source donations to go towards developing our loose parts resources throughout the nursery. We are looking for kind donations such as guttering, wooden pegs, kitchen appliances/utensils, pots, pans, old lampshades, photo frames, logs, shells, old technology eg. old phones, scales, baskets, net curtains, buckets, cable drums, tubes, jugs, ribbons, jars, the list is endless! There will be a box situated within the reception area for children to place their donations into.
WORLD BOOK DAY

To celebrate World Book Day, we will have plenty of fun activities taking place throughout the week including: * Inviting children to bring in their favourite story books * Inviting children to take part in the bookmark competition * The story of the week will be “The Gruffallo” as this has sparked an interest in children role playing the story * Inviting children to dress up as their favourite book character. CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY INFORMATION

The nursery will close at 3pm on Wednesday 22nd December 2021. We will reopen at 8am on Thursday 6th January 2022.
2-5 YEAR OLD NHS FLU VACCINE

Important information for parents/carers of 2 to 5 year-olds who are not in school. With everyone being out and about more this year, it's really important that your child receives their flu vaccine. If your child did not attend their appointment or hasn't received one yet, they will receive a follow-up appointment shortly.

FULLWOOD FANGTASTIC WEEK

Fullwood Nursery will be celebrating Halloween Week beginning 25th October , please note there will be no parties on specific days however children are welcome to come to nursery dressed up throughout the week and the staff have planned out various daily Halloween experiences to ensure all children have a FANGTASTIC time.
